$450 - $720 - Depending on room size and scope. An estimate can be provided after seeing photos and information on the project.
Full Room Design with Moodboard (Single Room):

With experience as a drafter and designer, I can provide technical CAD drawings for renovation projects, including space planning or kitchen and bath renovations. Room dimensions or existing floorplans will need to be provided. We can work together to figure out what your specific needs are to make your space function better for you.
All drawings provided are conceptual in nature and are not intended to serve as construction documents. They will need to be reviewed and verified by a licensed contractor.

how does virtual design work?
It’s simple. I’ll send over a questionnaire asking about your space, how you use it, what feels like it’s missing, along with photos, measurements, your design style, and budget. From there, I’ll source furniture and decor, create a layout plan, and pull everything together into a personalized design package complete with shopping links for each item.
Once the design is ready, we’ll hop on a video call where I’ll share my screen, walk you through everything, and make any final edits if needed. After that, I’ll send over your finalized design package so you can bring the space together on your own schedule.
how long does it take?
This depends on the size and scope of the project. A small bedroom will be faster than a full kitchen renovation, but most projects typically have a 2-4 week turnaround time.
what if I have a specific style and budget?
I actually prefer that! I love designing in different styles, and inspiration photos or color palettes help guide me. And everyone has a budget, just let me know what you’re comfortable spending and where you typically like to shop, and I’ll tailor the design to fit your needs while keeping it affordable.
do I have to buy everything you reccommend?
Not at all. My goal is to help inspire and guide your space. You’re welcome to use my selections as inspiration while shopping locally or sourcing similar pieces on your own. But if you’d rather purchase the exact items I recommend, you can do that too. The most important thing is creating a space you love.
